March 15, 2020 – GLAD and NCLR Respond to US Navy Granting Waiver to Transgender Officer Who Sued to Challenge Military Ban 

“Dedicated military service members shouldn’t have to bring a lawsuit to be able to continue doing their job.” – Jennifer Levi, GLAD Transgender Rights Project Director.
